WHO WE ARE
Israel FoodTech Valley is a voluntary association in the Eastern Galilee region that was established by academia, industry, and the public & private sectors.
Our goal is to join forces as well as assets to jointly promote the fields of FoodTech and Agrotech as a regional growth engine and bring about coordination and focus for local efforts.


The partners have teamed up and created Israel FoodTech Valley in order to establish an information and knowledge center for creating collaborations, attracting human capital, industry participation, connection to academia & research, mobilization of state resources, and business investment bodies.

The Israeli Foodtech Center is centred in the Eastern Galilee.
In recent years, the Eastern Galilee has become the economic center of excellence and innovation in the fields of innovative Foodtech and smart agriculture for the State of Israel.
The region is rich in advanced agriculture, with the best researchers and research infrastructures in the fields of food and agriculture along with an excellent academy that trains the future generation of researchers and regional leadership who see Foodtech as a key regional growth generator.
